Registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express. Please provide all necessary information (accountholder's name, account number and expiry date) as requested on the Online-Registration Form. Personal checks and bank transfer will not be accepted.

The official hotel is Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo.
You can make reservations and payment through on-line registration. Please click the Registration button.

Just for your information, the official hotel is in close proximity to the meeting venue only.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed or faxed and refund of registration fees will be as follows:

1. Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the Meeting Secretariat by March 31, 2015.
2. A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making the refund.
3. Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received after April 1, 2015.
4. All refunds will be made after the Meeting.
5. Remittance should be made by bank transfer under the participant's name.
6. Any handling fees charged for bank transfers must be paid by the participant.
